Naveen has been employed with us since July 2003 in the capacity of a Manager for the Distribution of Sabre within the Middle East Region. He played a key role in establishing the Gulf Air and Sabre Joint Venture in Jan 2005. He was given the highest performance appraisal rating based on my recommendations to the Chief Commercial Officer in view of his ability to demonstrate phenomenal negotiation and strategic Management skills with our Joint Venture Partners Sabre Travel Network Middle East. His ability to coordinate the efforts of The Sabre-Gulf Air Sales teams across eleven countries within the Middle East Region resulted in generating revenue in excess of US $ ten million for Gulf Air. Our Market share also improved significantly from almost 13% in 2005 to 29% in 2012. In view of his ability to harness the potential of a multicultural workforce and provide an effective team building and leadership skill. I would not hesitate in recommending Naveen to any organization.
